LVMH Beauty seeks experienced Treasurer in Seoul to oversee cash management, banking operations, and treasury reporting. Permanent full-time role based on-site.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day cash operations and monitor cash positions across all bank accounts to ensure adequate investment of balances and timely payment of obligations
  • Monitor cash flow on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases and track expenditures across the company, including capital and operational spending
  • Manage and negotiate banking relationships, facilities, letters of credit, and letters of guarantee in coordination with Finance Manager and headquarters
  • Manage bank commissions, charges, and corporate card operations; ensure controlled signature and payment policies with Accounting Manager
  • Perform credit risk analysis for potential customers, reevaluate credibility of major customers, and report to headquarters Credit Risk Management team
  • Prepare monthly cash management reports, risk exposure reports (AR aging analysis), and cash flow forecasts
  • Manage treasury package reporting and coordinate internal control system documentation including annual ERICA updates
  • Support Accounting Manager in internal control initiatives and undertake special assignments for new operations, including e-commerce platforms

Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law
  • Accounting certificate (CPA or AICPA) preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in treasury, cash management, or finance operations
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in financial analysis with advanced spreadsheet and PC operation skills
  • Knowledge of retail business and e-commerce operations
  • People management capabilities

Experience
