LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a Travel Retail Sector Coordinator in Levallois-Perret, France for a 6-month contract role managing client orders, budgets, and cross-departmental coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and verify client orders for finished products and point-of-sale materials, including order intake, quota management, order transmission to Customer Service, and delivery date communication
- Monitor and respond to all client requests with quality and timeliness, serving as a central information interface
- Communicate all product and pricing updates systematically to clients, including price modifications, product availability dates, and new product announcements
- Maintain rigorous expense tracking: budget recording in collaboration with the Category Manager, commitment recording, invoice filing, and reconciliation for accounting; provide alerts on budget overruns
- Actively monitor point-of-sale materials and testers across the zone, including bill of exchange preparation, quota transfer requests, and leftover rate tracking
- Serve as liaison with Retail Managers in the zone for information requests, visual and marketing material orders, commission calculations for brand champions, and related follow-up
- Monitor aging balances and issue reminders to clients for upcoming payment deadlines
- Manage disputes, returns, and product destruction in collaboration with Customer Service
- Transmit e-retail content to client sites, including product photography, marketing copy, and product specifications
- Populate and upload master data to client platforms
- Conduct various analyses, including sell-in and sell-out reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Expert-level command of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP

Experience
