Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and deployment of group travel policies that align cost control objectives with service quality expectations across the Maisons.
• Support the implementation of traveller safety measures and risk‑coverage mechanisms throughout business trips.
• Conduct market monitoring to identify trends, opportunities and best practices in travel procurement.
• Analyse travel consumption data by trip type and produce recommendations for purchasing optimisations and improved buying practices.
• Ensure contractual compliance with supplier agreements and establish performance tracking and evaluation mechanisms for travel service providers.
• Collaborate closely with IT to identify and deploy tools and solutions suited to managing corporate travel.
• Develop and maintain internal communication materials and tools relating to business travel.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day communication with travel suppliers to secure service levels that meet Group requirements.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an engineering or business school programme (Bachelor’s/Master’s level) suitable for an apprenticeship.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Good sense for clear, audience‑appropriate communication and stakeholder management.
• Good command of data analysis and the ability to translate insights into purchasing recommendations.

Experience

Entry‑level/apprenticeship position intended for candidates with little or no professional experience; prior exposure to procurement, travel operations or data analysis is an advantage but not required.

Education

Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) and eligible for a 24‑month apprenticeship contract.
