LVMH Beauty Iberia Logistics Intern in Madrid: support supply chain operations, manage shipments, and develop expertise in luxury goods logistics. 6-month internship, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee comprehensive logistics operations across air, road, and sea freight shipments and deliveries
- Monitor and report on shipment status, including pick-ups, deliveries, and in-transit movements
- Verify and manage delivery timelines, addressing and resolving operational incidents or delays
- Maintain and update logistics databases with accurate and insightful logistics reporting
- Collaborate in review and systematic archiving of all transportation documentation
Qualifications
- Master's student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Fluent English and Spanish (C1-C2 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of SAP (MM/SD or WM modules) valued
- Ability to commit to minimum 6-month full-time internship with university agreement

Previous experience in supply chain operations is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong analytical and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Currently pursuing or having recently completed a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related discipline.
