Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee transport operations across air, road and sea freight within a 3PL logistics model.
- Monitor and report on shipment status including pick‑ups, deliveries and in‑transit movements; escalate and follow up on exceptions.
- Verify delivery timelines and proactively resolve operational incidents or delays with internal teams and external carriers.
- Maintain and update logistics databases; produce accurate, insightful operational and performance reports.
- Review, validate and archive transportation documentation to ensure compliance and traceability.
Qualifications
- Enrolled master's student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Availability to sign a university internship agreement for a minimum of six months, full‑time.
- Fluent Spanish and English (C1–C2 level).
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Office 365.
- Knowledge or prior exposure to SAP (MM/SD or WM modules) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive team player with problem‑solving orientation and learning agility.

Beginner level; previous internships or practical experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant master's programme (Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or similar) with ability to formalise an academic internship agreement for at least six months, full‑time.
