LVMH — Transformation & Data Lead (Internal Audit) in Paris. Lead data-driven audit transformation projects; Power BI, SQL and Python required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end transformation projects for Internal Audit and Internal Control: identify needs, design solutions (tools, data models, automation) and manage implementation with IT, business stakeholders and external partners.
  • Structure, ingest and exploit data to support audit requirements; develop analyses, KPIs and interactive dashboards to surface insights and risks.
  • Design and build dashboards and analytical deliverables (e.g., Power BI) and develop reproducible data pipelines and SQL queries; prototype solutions using Python or equivalent.
  • Test and validate use cases for data-driven automation and simple AI; translate pilot results into scalable deployments.
  • Drive user adoption: produce documentation, deliver training, support change management and ensure operational appropriation by audit and control teams.
  • Operate in a hands-on capacity—able to produce analytical deliverables directly while coordinating project governance and stakeholders.
  • Travel internationally (approximately 25–30% of time) and work on-site as required by project needs.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in engineering, data science, business, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–8 years of professional experience combining project management and data analytics; demonstrable track record of delivering data-driven transformation projects.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into pragmatic technical solutions and to manage multi-stakeholder deployments.
  • Fluent English required; working knowledge of French appreciated; Italian or Chinese is a plus.

Experience
