Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordination with the Education team to create compelling and effective training materials.
  • Support the Education Manager in training sessions for new product launches and other training courses.
  • Assist in all aspects of core product training seminars, including concept development and coordination with vendors.
  • Support the maintenance of comprehensive assets on all education and training materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date progress files of all training efforts and provide monthly feedback.
  • Assist in product stocking management.
  • Support communication with projects and campaigns of other functions and departments.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in training and development within the luxury beauty industry is advantageous.
