LVMH — Paris: Training Assistant (Apprenticeship) for the Académie des Métiers d'Excellence. Administrative, logistical and L&D support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage administrative processes for the Académie des Métiers d’Excellence: track Qualiopi quality indicators and maintain learner records and statistics.
- Draft and prepare training documentation including brochures, conventions, invitations, participant booklets and session materials.
- Coordinate invitations, registrations and follow-up for sessions using DIGIFORMA; create, distribute and compile training evaluation questionnaires.
- Administer the Academy’s contact mailbox and ensure timely responses and information routing.
- Handle logistical arrangements for events and trainings: reserve and set up rooms, liaise with external suppliers (catering, furniture), and organize travel and accommodation with the travel agency.
- Take and distribute minutes for Academy meetings and support the compilation of post-event reports.
- Support development of new training content in collaboration with the group’s Maisons and follow training paths that lead to the Brevet d’Excellence.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in higher education (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Management Support, Human Resources, business school or a related discipline.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English.
- Interest in professional training, pedagogy and the development of vocational skills.
- Good organisational aptitude, adaptability to diverse interlocutors (HR, subject‑matter experts, operational teams, finance), and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
