LVMH Beauty Iberia Training & Retail Intern, Madrid. 12-month full-time role supporting retail team development and business performance tracking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support training plan development and implementation across retail teams
- Adapt, update, and manage training materials for consistency and effectiveness
- Support delivery of training sessions and manage logistical coordination
- Track sales performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support budget and invoicing processes for retail operations
- Contribute to retail analysis and operational follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless training and retail integration
- Assist in identifying insights and improvement opportunities for retail excellence
Qualifications
- Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university
- Full-time availability for 12 months
- Fluent English at C1 level (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Organized and detail-oriented profile with strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience
Beginner level; previous internship experience is a plus. Final-year university students are encouraged to apply.
Education
Currently enrolled in final year of university studies or equivalent academic program.
