LVMH Beauty — Training and Employee Experience Specialist in Cranbury, NJ. On-site role leading L&D, onboarding and safety training at the Distribution Center.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate and deliver mandatory regulatory and compliance training (ethics, anti-harassment, OSHA-related health & safety and other annual requirements) for the North America Distribution Center.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a safe, productive and retention-focused introduction to the distribution environment.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate learning programs and internship initiatives for warehouse and supply chain functions, partnering with universities and internal Talent Development.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and use data to prioritise program development and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Safety, Operations and HR to ensure adherence to OSHA, state and corporate safety regulations and to track safety training participation and completion.
  • Serve as the training representative in cross-functional forums, communicate program outcomes to stakeholders and support dissemination of related HR policies and communications.
  • Recommend training solutions to close compliance and performance gaps, estimate associated costs, and manage allocated budgets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Learning & Development with direct exposure to distribution, warehousing or supply chain environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience with a demonstrated ability to plan, track and communicate annual learning goals.
  • Practical knowledge of health & safety training and regulatory compliance; OSHA-related experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Strong analytical capability with demonstrated use of Excel and data to measure program effectiveness.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and a proven commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in learning initiatives.

Experience

3–5 years of progressive HR and/or Learning & Development experience, including hands-on work in distribution, warehousing or supply chain operations and 3–5 years managing projects and training initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Supply Chain or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
