- Oversee the performance of trainers based in Hainan and Taiwan, ensuring adherence to brand image and service levels.
- Conduct regular store visits to observe customer behavior and provide coaching to BCs.
- Manage training budgets, including forecasting and coordinating uniforms and grooming supplies.
- Organize annual seminars and motivation events for BCs.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of training experience in the beauty retail environment.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills at all levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English communication skills.
