Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training strategies for Travel Retail China and Taiwan, aligning with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage training schedules for Beauty Consultants (BCs), delivering field coaching and product training.
  • Oversee the performance of trainers based in Hainan and Taiwan, ensuring adherence to brand image and service levels.
  • Conduct regular store visits to observe customer behavior and provide coaching to BCs.
  • Manage training budgets, including forecasting and coordinating uniforms and grooming supplies.
  • Organize annual seminars and motivation events for BCs.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of training experience in the beauty retail environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English communication skills.

Skills

Leadership and people management skills. Strong presentation and motivational skills. Data-driven with an analytical approach to training KPIs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to Power Bi. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

5-8 years of experience in training within the beauty retail industry, with a focus on field coaching and performance improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
