LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking a full-time intern in Lisbon to support trade marketing, merchandising, PR and e-PR activities, including retail materials, stock control, reporting and influencer outreach. The internship requires eligibility for a six-month agreement through an official university.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Trade and Merchandising Team with daily tasks.
- Update the monthly Trade Animation Book.
- Organize and ship materials to retailers, including incentives and animation point-of-sale advertising (PLV).
- Manage and control stocks of trade and merchandising materials.
- Prepare monthly Trade Animations reports.
- Update the bi-monthly Merchandising Guidelines Book.
- Support the PR and e-PR Team with daily tasks, with assistance from the PR agency.
- Identify opportunities with new influencers.
- Organize and ship materials to the communications agency.
- Prepare press-clipping reports.
- Manage and control stocks of PR materials, including products and orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluent Spanish and English at C1 level; French and/or other languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be eligible to sign a six-month internship agreement through an official university, on a full-time basis.
