LVMH Fragrance Brands hiring Trade Marketing Intern in Madrid. Six-month full-time internship in luxury retail marketing and brand activation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the trade marketing plan in alignment with annual marketing objectives and retailers' animation calendars
- Lead the creation of briefings and coordinate production of point-of-sale (POS) materials that enhance brand image and retail presence
- Monitor and compile data from key commercial campaigns to produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Support tracking, monitoring, and analysis of promoter-led in-store campaigns, including evaluation of KPIs and sell-out impact
- Create implementation guidelines and supervise correct execution of trade marketing campaigns and visual merchandising elements at point-of-sale
- Assist with logistics and administrative functions, including shipping orders, material inventory management, budget monitoring, and invoice controls
- Identify and cultivate relationships with external providers for trade marketing activations and campaign materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related discipline (Master's degree considered advantageous)
- Fluent Spanish and English language proficiency (C1 level minimum)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); SAP experience considered beneficial
- Current eligibility to sign a six-month internship agreement through an accredited university institution
- Full-time availability for the duration of the internship

Previous professional experience is considered advantageous but not required; candidates should demonstrate foundational understanding of marketing principles and retail operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is considered a plus.
