Trade Marketing Intern position at LVMH Beauty Iberia in Madrid, Spain. Join our luxury team for a six-month internship in brand activation and retail marketing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the trade marketing plan aligned with the annual marketing calendar and retailers' animations schedule
  • Lead the creation of briefings and coordinate production of Point of Sale materials, ensuring alignment with brand image and strategic objectives
  • Monitor and compile information from key commercial campaigns to prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Support tracking, monitoring, and analysis of promoter-led in-store campaigns, evaluating performance metrics, KPIs, and impact on sell-out
  • Create and enforce guidelines to ensure correct implementation of trade marketing campaigns and visual merchandising elements at point of sale
  • Support logistics and administrative functions including creation of shipping orders, material tracking, budget monitoring, and invoice management
  • Identify and manage supplier relationships for various trade marketing activation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level minimum)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); SAP experience advantageous
  • Eligible to sign a six-month internship agreement through an official university partner
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Methodical approach with meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Experience
