LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a Trade Marketing Intern in Levallois‑Perret (Jul–Dec 2026) supporting Givenchy & KENZO; hybrid, stipend €1,300–€1,400/month.

Overview

LVMH Fragrance Brands operates within the LVMH group and houses several prestige perfume labels including Givenchy and KENZO. The division combines luxury product expertise with global retail and travel‑retail distribution, offering structured talent development programmes and cross‑brand exposure within the LVMH ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Product/Trade Marketing Managers on day‑to‑day trade marketing account management and activation planning for Givenchy, KENZO and Travel Retail EURAF.
  • Contribute to the 2026 Trade plan updates and assist in building 360° marketing plans and taskforces (presentations, logistics and stakeholder coordination).
  • Manage trade operations from supplier brief to in‑store implementation, including podium and launch kit production.
  • Design marketing and CRM assets (mailings, emailings, flyers, SMS campaigns) and prepare in‑store sales tools.
  • Participate in merchandising activities: create planograms using IWD, prepare product referencing/dereferencing sheets and support visual/communication recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive watch, consumer trend monitoring and produce monthly trade reporting and tracking deliverables.
  • Organise events and seminars (masterclasses, retailer workshops) including preparation of presentations and on‑site logistics.

Qualifications

  • Current Master’s level student in business school or university programme (required for internship status).
  • Ideally has a prior internship or first experience in project management.
  • Strong organisational rigour, multi‑project management ability and autonomy.
  • Keen numerical sense, aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
  • Creativity, proactivity and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • High interest in the luxury, perfume and cosmetics sector.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Experience

Beginners welcomed; ideally one prior internship or initial exposure to project management and marketing environments. The role targets students seeking a first substantial trade/marketing experience in perfumes and travel retail.

Education

Master’s level student in business school or relevant university programme.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
