Trade Marketing Intern at LVMH Fragrance Brands in Brussels. Support Kenzo and Givenchy trade strategies, merchandising, and retailtainment activations for six months (Jan–Jul 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement semestrial trade activation plans in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager, ensuring optimal brand image and sales performance
- Create communication and support materials for sales teams and points of sale, maintaining global 360° oversight of all trade initiatives
- Oversee logistics related to promotional gifts and trade communication materials distribution
- Brief suppliers and manage merchandising implementation from conception through store execution, maintaining alignment with international guidelines
- Conduct regular store visits to verify execution quality and gather field insights
- Develop and maintain perfume, skincare, and make-up planogram guidelines in consultation with retail partners and points of sale
- Design and optimize podium and outpost displays to maximize allocated space utilization and sales impact
- Coordinate resources for events, podiums, and retail activations, including equipment dispatch and documentation
- Prepare trade activity reports and competitive intelligence summaries
- Develop 360° action plans for strategic product launches
Qualifications
- Graduate-level education in business, marketing, or communication
- Fluent communication in French and English; Dutch proficiency is advantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
- Personal affinity with Kenzo and Givenchy brand heritage
- Experience within the beauty or luxury goods industry is preferred

Experience
Entry-level experience in marketing, brand activation, or retail environments; prior exposure to the beauty, fragrance, or luxury sector is a plus.
Education
Graduate-level degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
