LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks Trade Marketing Assistant intern (Jan–Jul 2027) in Levallois-Perret, France. Support Givenchy and KENZO trade operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the 2026 Trade Plan and oversee trade operations and in-store displays from supplier brief to retail execution
  • Develop sales enablement marketing tools including launch boxes, promotional games, and CRM materials (mailings, flyers, email campaigns, SMS)
  • Participate in merchandising planning using IWD software, create product referencing and de-referencing documentation, and support communication recommendations
  • Organize and support retail seminars, brand master classes, and 360-degree campaign presentations with logistics coordination
  • Conduct competitive tracking, monitor consumer trends, prepare monthly performance reports, and maintain trade intelligence documentation

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business school or equivalent university programme
  • First experience in project management preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent English proficiency

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
