Trade Marketing Assistant internship at LVMH Fragrance Brands in Levallois-Perret, France—support Givenchy and KENZO brand operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and manage the Trade 2026 plan with supervisory oversight
  • Support trade marketing operations and retail displays from supplier briefs to in-store implementation
  • Create launch kits and promotional marketing tools to drive retail sales
  • Develop CRM marketing materials including email campaigns, direct mail, SMS, and newsletters
  • Organize and execute events, including master classes and seminars for retail partners
  • Assist in 360-degree marketing plan development and execution through taskforces and presentations
  • Prepare and coordinate retail partner workshops during company seminars
  • Develop merchandising planograms using IWD software
  • Create product referencing and de-referencing documentation
  • Support promotional communication strategy development
  • Monitor competitive landscape and maintain trade tracking reports
  • Track consumer trends and prepare monthly performance reports

Qualifications

  • Master's level student in business school or equivalent university programme
  • First project management experience preferred
  • Strong affinity for luxury sector and fragrance and cosmetics industry
  • Demonstrated excellence in teamwork, organizational rigor, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with Photoshop, NPD software, and Sketchup as advantageous
