Trade Marketing & CRM Manager at Bvlgari Parfums, Shanghai. Drive omnichannel sales strategy and loyalty operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual omnichannel trade marketing calendars for both offline and online channels while maintaining brand consistency
- Lead planning and execution of in-store activations, counter launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Manage visual merchandising guidelines and POS material deployment to enhance brand image and conversion
- Collaborate with Sales teams to optimize counter performance, staff training, and incentive schemes
- Partner with E-commerce team to align trade promotions with major shopping festivals (618, Double 11)
- Develop exclusive online-offline linkage mechanisms (O2O sampling, click-and-collect) to drive traffic flow between channels
- Manage trade marketing budget efficiently and ensure optimal resource allocation across channels
- Analyze post-campaign performance, track KPIs (sell-out, footfall, conversion rate), and provide actionable insights
- Act as primary contact for internal sales teams and external agency partners to ensure timely delivery of trade assets
- Oversee daily customer database hygiene across channels, ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance
- Assist in execution of loyalty program membership benefits, point redemption processes, and member communications
- Support deployment of CRM communication templates (SMS, WeChat) for trade-driven promotions
- Provide reports on member acquisition and retention trends to inform trade strategies
Qualifications
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or omnichannel commerce
- Demonstrated expertise in offline retail marketing and e-commerce strategy
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and consumer behavior
- Experience with loyalty program management and CRM operations
- Proficiency with marketing analytics and performance measurement
Skills
Experience
3-5 years of professional experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or omnichannel commerce, with demonstrated success in balancing offline retail and e-commerce initiatives. Prior experience managing loyalty programs and CRM operations is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
