Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain and communicate a comprehensive technical roadmap for global and local infrastructure initiatives in Japan.
  • Drive IT transformation projects to ensure standardisation and alignment with LVMH HQ guidelines and core operating model.
  • Continuously assess and improve IT processes and end‑user experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee BUILD activities for systems and network infrastructure, including lifecycle management of servers and network components.
  • Lead local store IT projects (openings, renovations, closures) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage vendor relationships to secure service quality, cost‑effectiveness and contractual alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate closely with IT Operations (RUN) and Business Solutions (BUILD) teams to ensure seamless service delivery to end users.
  • Document and maintain local technical specifications in collaboration with HQ teams to ensure relevancy and compliance of Japan infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience delivering IT infrastructure projects, ideally in international or culturally diverse environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities with experience motivating and mentoring technical teams.
  • Hands‑on technical expertise with Windows OS (workstations and servers), Workspace One, Microsoft 365 (including Exchange and Teams), and network infrastructure.
  • Experience with CISCO and Meraki networking solutions and SD‑WAN implementations.
  • Strong vendor management skills including contract negotiation, SLA monitoring and supplier performance management.
  • Solid understanding of IT governance and security principles; experience applying group security standards.
  • Fluent business‑level English and Japanese for stakeholder communication and documentation.
  • Professional certifications highly valued (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CCNP, CISSP, Agile).

Experience
