Role & Responsibilities

• Support mobility processes for Tech & Digital populations across the Group, ensuring candidates are matched to open positions within Maisons.
• Organize and coordinate monthly Tech & Digital talent review sessions and compile outcomes for stakeholders.
• Assist deployment of Group HR processes within Tech & Digital functions, including training plans, recruitment plans, Talent Reviews and annual compensation campaigns.
• Maintain and update HR data and reporting: KPI dashboards, HR reporting and other metrics to ensure accurate decision-support.
• Track arrivals, departures and internal mobility transactions and ensure data consistency across HR systems.
• Provide operational HRBP support to Tech & Digital teams, including ad hoc reporting and stakeholder follow-up.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bac+4/+/5 (Master’s-level) program in business, human resources, digital/technology or equivalent.
• Strong interest in technology/digital topics combined with enthusiasm for human resources.
• Fluent English (required); professional written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
• Motivated to learn in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and to embody the Group’s values of creativity, innovation and excellence.

Experience

Entry-level/apprenticeship: suitable for candidates with limited professional experience; prior internships in HR, digital or tech environments are an advantage but not required.

Education

Enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 (Master’s-level) program in business, human resources, digital/technology or equivalent.
