LVMH Talent Engagement Internship in Paris; six-month HR project support role for Master's students beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs, overseeing integration processes, development journeys, and career management
- Participate in the design and implementation of learning initiatives and community events across regions, including alumni gatherings, learning expeditions, and training modules
- Support talent reviews, talent pooling initiatives, and emerging HR projects dedicated to next-generation talent development
- Identify and share best practices across LVMH's Houses through benchmarking exercises and comparative mappings
- Facilitate stakeholder and ambassador communities, including graduate, mentor, manager, and HR networks
- Collaborate with external and internal service providers to ensure project deliveries align with timelines and excellence standards
- Manage back-office activities including project management, budget tracking, reporting, KPI monitoring, database administration, and impactful presentation design
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's 2 program
- Business-fluent English proficiency, both written and oral (compulsory)
- French language skills at a minimum intermediate level (highly preferred)
- Advanced PowerPoint and digital literacy
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities

Beginner-level experience; candidates should demonstrate a passion for people and luxury, with evidence of organizational agility and problem-solving capability in academic or extracurricular settings.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master's 2 program (or equivalent advanced degree program).
