Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Program, from integration through career management
• Participate in the design and implementation of learning initiatives and community events across regions, including alumni gatherings, learning expeditions, hybrid training modules, and hackathons
• Support talent review and talent pooling initiatives across the Group
• Contribute to emerging HR projects focused on next-generation talent development
• Identify and facilitate sharing of best practices across Maisons; coordinate benchmarks and mappings
• Support facilitation of stakeholder and ambassador communities and committees, including graduates, mentors, managers, and HR professionals
• Collaborate with external and internal service providers to ensure project deliverables align with timelines and excellence standards
• Coordinate back-office activities including project management, budget follow-up, reporting and KPI tracking, schedule management, database administration, and survey analysis

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's 2 program
• Native or business-fluent in English (oral and written)
• Medium-level French proficiency (mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and data visualization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience

Beginner level; no prior professional HR experience required. The ideal candidate demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and innovation with passion for people and luxury.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master's 2 (M2) program in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline).
