LVMH Beauty internship: Talent & HR Projects Assistant, Neuilly-sur-Seine, 6 months starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and execution of early-career talent initiatives, including development programs, recruitment events, HR communications, and community-building activities
  • Enhance existing talent programs within the Beauty Division by analyzing candidate experience, optimizing HR systems, coordinating external providers, managing timelines, and synthesizing feedback
  • Coordinate elements of the talent development agenda, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and maintaining stakeholder engagement across Maisons, regions, and Group functions
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and insights across Maisons; support benchmarking and organizational mapping exercises
  • Contribute to broader talent development projects aligned with the Beauty Division HR roadmap, including employer brand initiatives, talent program design, data analytics, and emerging AI applications
  • Activate and support stakeholder communities and committees encompassing recent graduates, mentors, managers, and HR business partners
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure project alignment with timelines and LVMH standards
  • Manage day-to-day team operations, including performance reporting, KPI tracking, scheduling coordination, database administration, survey design and deployment, administrative support, and presentation development

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or completing a Master's degree (Master 2 level)
  • Demonstrated strong interest in human resources, people-focused initiatives, and the luxury sector
  • Fluent written and spoken English; intermediate or better proficiency in French
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated comfort engaging with multiple stakeholder groups in cross-cultural, international settings
  • Organized, thorough, and capable of managing several concurrent projects and priorities
  • Agile mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Digital confidence and comfort with HR systems and standard office technologies
  • Strong interpersonal awareness and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships quickly

Experience

Currently pursuing or completed Master's degree (Master 2); academic background in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or related discipline preferred.
