LVMH seeks a Talent and HR Projects Assistant in Paris to support graduate programs, strategic HR projects and international events.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of LVMH Graduate Programs (SPRING), including rotation 3 for Springers, Boost programs, and dedicated learning modules covering marketing, recruitment, integration, and development.
  • Support the creation of HR and learning and development content and help animate communities and committees for Graduates, Mentors, Managers, and HR teams.
  • Participate in designing and implementing the 2027 roadmap and Next Generation events, including alumni gatherings, learning expeditions, hybrid training, and hackathons.
  • Manage project follow-up, reporting and KPI tracking, coordinate benchmarks, and create high-impact PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (Master 2).
  • A successful first experience within a major corporation, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Bilingual English is mandatory; conversational French is required.
  • Tenacity, a drive to excel, and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
  • Able to manage multiple projects while balancing strategic vision with strong operational and logistical execution.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with autonomy in execution and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Active listening, curiosity, a strong grasp of corporate HR challenges, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand collaborator needs and synthesize information effectively.
  • Comfortable crafting impactful narratives in PowerPoint and communicating across diverse stakeholder groups.
