The Talent and HR Projects Assistant Intern supports LVMH Group initiatives for early-career talent, including graduate programs, learning events, talent reviews and emerging HR projects across regions and Maisons. The internship is full-time, on-site in Paris, starts in January 2027 and lasts six months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs, from onboarding through development journeys and career management.
- Help design and implement learning initiatives and community events across regions, including alumni gatherings, learning expeditions, hybrid training modules and hackathons.
- Support talent reviews and talent-pooling initiatives.
- Contribute to emerging HR projects for next-generation talent.
- Identify and share best practices across the Maisons, and coordinate benchmarks and mappings.
- Support the facilitation of stakeholder and ambassador communities and committees, including graduates, mentors, managers and HR teams.
- Work closely with internal and external service providers to ensure timely delivery in line with excellence standards, including HR administration, mobility, HRIS, IT and communications agencies.
- Coordinate back-office activities, including project management, budget tracking, reporting and KPI monitoring, multiple-schedule management, database tracking, quantitative and qualitative surveys, and the design of impactful presentations.

- Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program.

- Agile in adopting a user-oriented approach and skilled at crafting impactful narratives through PowerPoint.
- Agile, resourceful and comfortable managing multiple initiatives.

- Native or truly business-fluent English, spoken and written, is required; intermediate French is mandatory, and stronger French proficiency is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
