LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks a Talent & Engagement Intern in London to support recruitment, employee communications, and talent management initiatives. Hybrid role ideal for HR students.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, candidate screening, shortlisting, and video interviews for Head Office and Retail roles
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessment centres for Head Office internship positions, whilst managing overall intern recruitment and onboarding
  • Liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely communication
  • Provide constructive and timely feedback to candidates, maintaining high standards of candidate care
  • Curate engaging content for internal communications platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, intranet, and email
  • Proactively coordinate all internal events and development workshops, including scheduling, RSVP management, logistics, and external provider coordination
  • Monitor and analyse employee feedback and engagement metrics, using insights to suggest improvements and creative solutions
  • Organise committee meetings, focus groups, and events aligned with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy
  • Maintain accuracy of talent management trackers and agreements
  • Raise Purchase Orders and facilitate invoice processing with Accounts department

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva
  • Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of social media and internal communications
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and consistent accuracy standards
  • Collaborative mindset with genuine passion for employee experience

Experience
