Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Temp) at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in New York. Four-month contract, $30-$40/hr, sourcing retail and head office talent.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and professional referrals
- Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify emerging talent and industry trends
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract and engage passive candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations
- Provide scheduling support and assistance to Talent Acquisition team members
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business needs
- Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System
- Track and report on sourcing metrics and progress to management
- Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously refine sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board search tools
- Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment with rapidly pivoting strategies
- Strong research and sourcing skills, including expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
