LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern in Madrid for a 12-month internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, internship administration, job description preparation, vacancy publication and group dynamics.
- Monitor selection processes for all interns across the organization using recruitment platforms.
- Implement internship agreements.
- Onboard new trainees joining the company.
- Support the Talent team with employer branding, including liaising with universities on career forums, job boards, job fairs and events.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and ATS.
- Act as a point of contact for trainees across the organization.
- Conduct exit interviews with trainees.
- Collaborate on and participate in the organization of training sessions and events, and attend forums and meetings at universities and business schools.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, proactive team player.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Dynamic and quick to learn.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English at a minimum C1 level; French is a plus.
- Previous experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition is valued.
- Available for immediate start in a 12-month internship.
- Able to sign a university internship agreement for a minimum of 6 months.
