LVMH Beauty Iberia hiring Talent Acquisition Intern in Madrid, Spain—12-month internship supporting recruitment and HR initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, internship controls, job descriptions, and vacancy publications across the organization
- Monitor and track selection processes on recruitment platforms for all interns within the organization
- Implement internship agreements and coordinate onboarding of new trainees
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, addressing inquiries and support needs
- Support employer branding initiatives including university outreach, career forums, job fairs, and recruitment events
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from departing interns
- Collaborate in the organization of training programs, events, and participation in university and business school forums
- Participate in group dynamics and team-building activities
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Fluent Spanish and English at minimum C1 level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Dynamic learner with ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience
Beginner level; previous experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition is valued but not required.
Education
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
