LVMH Beauty Iberia seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern in Madrid to support recruitment, employer branding, and internship management within the luxury beauty sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, internship controls, job descriptions, and vacancy publications
- Monitor selection processes on recruitment platforms for all organizational interns
- Implement and manage internship agreements with partner institutions
- Conduct onboarding sessions for incoming trainees and facilitate their integration
- Support the Talent team on employer branding initiatives and university engagement (career forums, job boards, fairs, events)
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and applicant tracking software (ATS)
- Serve as a primary contact and resource for trainees throughout their internship tenure
- Conduct exit interviews with departing trainees
- Organize and participate in training sessions, HR events, university forums, and business school meetings
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree is advantageous
- Fluent Spanish and English at minimum C1 level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
- Previous experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition is valued
Skills
Experience
Beginner level; previous HR or Talent Acquisition experience is preferred but not required. The role is designed for candidates seeking to develop practical expertise in recruitment and human resources within a luxury goods environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is considered an asset.
