LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks a Talent Acquisition Associate Manager in Mexico City to lead recruitment across Corporate, Retail, and Distribution Center teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead recruitment priorities across Corporate, Retail/POS, and Distribution Center populations, guiding the Talent Acquisition team to ensure service excellence and delivery against recruitment objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition intake to offer acceptance, partnering with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and business leaders to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for recurring, strategic, and hard-to-fill roles, leveraging multiple channels including referrals, social media, universities, and professional networks
- Promote standardized recruitment practices and competency-based assessments while tracking recruitment KPIs to improve effectiveness and identify operational efficiencies
- Ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and support employer branding initiatives that strengthen LVMH Beauty's reputation as an employer of choice
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including recruitment for Corporate, Retail, and/or Operations populations
- Demonstrated experience coordinating recruitment teams and managing multiple concurrent searches in fast-paced environments
- Proven partnership experience with HR and business leaders on recruitment strategy and hiring needs
- Experience in Luxury, Retail, Beauty, or Consumer Goods sectors (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including recruitment for Corporate, Retail, and/or Operations populations, team coordination, management of multiple concurrent searches in fast-paced environments, and strategic partnership with HR and business leaders. Luxury, Retail, Beauty, or Consumer Goods sector experience is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline are advantageous.
