LVMH — Paris (8th): Talent Acquisition & HR Development Apprentice (apprenticeship), 12‑month contract starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for recruitment of interns and apprentices across the Holding; launch recruitment campaigns and capture operational requirements.
- Manage candidate flow and talent pools: screen applications, organise and conduct telephone and in‑person interviews, present shortlists to hiring managers and deliver candidate feedback.
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of recruitment data; update and produce tracking reports and dashboards on hiring progress and KPIs.
- Coordinate administrative communication with internal teams and guarantee a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Lead integration and community animation for interns and apprentices: plan and run onboarding seminars and internal events to engage the early‑talent population.
- Analyse and monitor recruitment and population indicators to inform Talent Management decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a higher‑education programme (business school, engineering school, university) — HR specialisation preferred.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent management and HR project coordination.
- Proactive, adaptable, organised and rigorous with sound interpersonal diplomacy and active listening skills.
- Analytical and strong written communication skills; comfortable preparing reports and following KPIs.
- Availability for a 12‑month apprenticeship starting September 2026, based in Paris (8th arrondissement); work‑study rhythm: 4 days office/1 day training or 3 weeks office/1 week training.

Entry‑level — suitable for students or recent graduates; prior internship or coursework in HR/recruitment is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Engineering or equivalent; HR specialisation preferred.
