Role & Responsibilities
- Support refinement of the quality process flow and development of analytical and tracking tools to drive continuous quality improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements to the online claims-management tool and document findings for developers and project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the communication, training and roll-out of newly developed tools across APAC sites; prepare user guides and deliver training sessions for internal and external teams.
- Identify root causes of logistics and quality issues through evidence gathering with logistics partners (e.g., Ceva) and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform data-driven quality analyses and internal audits to measure the effectiveness of quality processes and track KPIs.
- Design and maintain weekly performance-tracking templates and reporting dashboards to follow up on KPIs and action plans.
- Collaborate with the project committee to define improvement areas and implement action plans aimed at reducing customer claims.
Qualifications
- Ability to commit to a six-month internship.
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business administration or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel); familiarity with SAP or WMS is advantageous.
- Effective interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills to train and liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable project-management and change-management capabilities; comfortable driving process improvements.
- Continuous-improvement mindset, open to feedback and collaborative in team settings.
- Customer- and results-oriented with attention to procedural detail.

Experience
Entry-level: suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior academic projects, internships or coursework in supply chain, logistics, quality or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration or a related field.
