Supply Chain Project Manager at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, Shanghai. Lead cross-functional supply chain projects from concept to close.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Align project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with functional teams and business stakeholders
  • Develop integrated project schedules reflecting input from all relevant functions and establish clear roles and responsibilities
  • Track and monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and quality targets; identify deviations early and implement corrective actions
  • Identify potential risks at each project stage and develop comprehensive mitigation plans
  • Maintain a clear log of open issues with designated owners and resolution timelines
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators and project milestones
  • Create dashboards and analytical reports to provide visibility into project performance
  • Communicate and coordinate with related parties to ensure transparency on project status, changes, and decisions
  • Lead regular project meetings to review status, address issues, and drive decisions
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and document workflows
  • Provide recommendations for improving cross-functional collaboration and project execution on future initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of project management experience in supply chain, operations, or related functions
  • Basic knowledge of ERP, WMS, OMS, or other supply chain management systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Advanced proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated project leadership and ability to drive and manage complex initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving skills with comfort navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex issues into actionable steps
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination capabilities
  • Innovative and open-minded mindset with resilience and solution-oriented approach under pressure
