Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Business Process Owner by collecting, cleaning and analysing large datasets to inform supply‑chain decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI (Power Query, Power Pivot) to visualise trends, KPIs and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and update master product data accurately; produce regular reporting and propose data‑driven optimisations.
- Coordinate with Planning, Logistics, Regulatory and Production teams to ensure process alignment and resolve data or operational issues.
- Document existing processes and recommend, pilot and document process re‑engineering opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Undertake ad‑hoc data projects as required to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, supply‑chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, data analytics or a closely related discipline.
- Availability to commit to a six‑month internship from July 2026 to December 2026.
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Self‑motivated, curious and able to manage tasks independently.

Experience
Entry‑level — suitable for students or recent graduates with limited professional experience. Prior internships or academic projects in supply chain, analytics or process improvement are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in engineering, supply‑chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, data analytics or a related field.
