LVMH — Paris: Supply Chain Excellence Project Manager (CDI). Lead S&OP, logistics and transformation across Maisons; hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Maisons to develop supply chain agility, advising on planning processes (S&OP, PDP) and logistics & transport operations to improve responsiveness and robustness.
  • Synthesize market and internal benchmarking to produce actionable recommendations and roadmaps for supply chain innovation and best practices.
  • Animate and coordinate cross‑Maison communities on transversal topics (S&OP, logistics footprint, decarbonation, supply chain innovation) to foster knowledge sharing while respecting each Maison’s autonomy.
  • Facilitate the deployment of common initiatives arising from working groups and coordinate their roll-out across Maisons.
  • Maintain and enrich training curricula, tools, and enablement materials available to Maisons; drive capability-building and skills deployment programmes.
  • Conduct strategic watch on emerging supply chain trends and technologies, translating insights into proposals and pilots.
  • Act as a project lead for cross-Maison initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, rigorous project governance and measurable outcomes.
  • Undertake regular travel to Maisons to support deployment, workshops and governance meetings.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Master 2) from an engineering school or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in supply chain roles within Beauty, Wines & Spirits, Watches & Jewellery or Selective Retail, with proven expertise in warehouse/logistics operations and planning/S&OP.
  • Demonstrated project management capability with experience running cross-functional, multi‑stakeholder programmes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate in multicultural and international environments.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and written communication skills; able to produce high‑impact presentations and recommendations.
  • Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

Experience

Master’s degree (M2) from an engineering or business school with specialization in Supply Chain.
