LVMH Beauty Distribution Planner role in Seoul, South Korea. Manage inventory allocation and supply chain planning across retail and e-commerce channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage weekly distribution flow to points of sale utilizing ANAPLAN to ensure precise stock allocation across all channels
- Conduct periodic review and adjustment of distribution parameters to maintain optimal stock levels at retail counters
- Place weekly manual replenishment requests from counters via Agora system
- Facilitate and communicate strategic allocation of inventory by channel (retail and e-commerce)
- Alert sales team and counter managers regarding warehouse stock risks and recommend corrective actions
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings covering distribution planning scope
- Generate and analyze distribution reporting across all brands, identifying performance variances against targets
- Perform monthly master data reviews and coordinate with brand teams to maintain data accuracy and system integrity
- Oversee creation and revision of local items, including service codes and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Execute sanity checks on master data to ensure system reliability and consistency
- Update Standard Delivery (STD) and Suggested Retail Price (SRP) information
- Monitor overall monthly scrap processes including damaged and quality-compromised products
- Oversee specialized inventory locations (aging, quality, BAZ) to sustain inventory health
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management
- Experience with multinational or international organizations preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex supply chain operations
- Advanced proficiency with supply chain planning tools and systems (ANAPLAN experience advantageous)
- Strong analytical and numerical accuracy capabilities
- Fluency in both English and Korean, written and spoken
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of supply chain management experience, preferably within multinational or international firms. Strong background in inventory allocation, distribution planning, and complexity management required. Interest in the cosmetics and beauty industry is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
