LVMH Fragrance and Cosmetic seeks a Supply and Distribution Planning Intern in Singapore for December 2026–June 2027 to support APAC regional operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in generating and managing weekly distribution plans for APAC markets, ensuring alignment with market demands and stock levels using the Anaplan platform
- Monitor and manage the replenishment of exceptional pieces (PEX) across APAC markets, ensuring inventory deployment aligns with market demand and logistics requirements
- Support supply chain processes using SAP to ensure accurate and timely information flow across regional markets
- Leverage data analysis tools including Power Query and Power BI to process and analyse large datasets, identifying trends and patterns to support supply and demand planning decisions
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and production to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within supply and distribution planning operations and recommend actionable solutions to enhance efficiency
- Participate in ad hoc projects related to supply and demand planning as directed, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- Able to commit to full-time internship from December 2026 to June 2027
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to supply chain metrics
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience or recent coursework in supply chain management, operations, or business administration. Familiarity with data analysis tools and enterprise resource planning systems is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, operations, or a related field.
