LVMH seeks a Strategic Project Coordination Intern in Paris to support Talent Development initiatives and HR leadership programmes—on-site, January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and animate Talent Rooms Retail sessions by consolidating talent information, developing support materials, coordinating with House representatives, and tracking action items
  • Organize events and community initiatives, including calendar planning, invitation management, logistical coordination, content preparation, attendance tracking, and key learning documentation
  • Support internal community communications through drafting and formatting newsletters, community messages, meeting minutes, and content showcasing retail best practices and initiatives
  • Coordinate the operational launch of the LVMH House Future HR Leaders programme, including master timeline development, kick-off organization, and coordination of coaching, mentoring, and training sessions in both in-person and remote formats
  • Manage meeting logistics including invitations, room reservations, agenda preparation, participant materials compilation, and coordination across participating Houses and divisions
  • Develop communications materials and integration kits for programme participants, including programme presentations, practical information, welcome messages, journey guides, and engagement content
  • Produce internal stakeholder communications including programme updates, achievement summaries, progress notes, and timeline communications for HR partners and key stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain a dedicated database tracking identified talents, programme participants, and alumni to ensure continuity of career support and long-term programme impact analysis
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze programme tracking metrics and feedback from participants, facilitators, and HR contacts to identify continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or related discipline
  • Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy in database management and reporting

Experience
