Givenchy Store Manager role in Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong — lead boutique operations and luxury retail team management for this full-time permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the boutique and maintain brand image and shop environment standards
- Support Retail Manager in driving sales initiatives and achievement of sales objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent, professional, and responsive customer service
- Ensure sales team compliance with company policies, procedures, safety, health, and security protocols
- Identify and develop sales staff potential through targeted training and on-the-job coaching
- Conduct staff appraisals, performance reviews, and manage grievances in accordance with HR policies
- Prepare monthly rosters and arrange manpower to support sales programs and operational requirements
- Prepare and present variety of reports including merchandising flow, traffic flow, and daily sales analysis
- Conduct daily briefings on office information and sales performance reviews
- Manage visual merchandising guidelines implementation and in-shop event support
- Oversee stocktaking, stock replenishment, and merchandising distribution operations
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and ad-hoc operational issues
- Control petty cash utilization and liaise with Accounts Department on shop expenses
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in luxury fashion
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong sales acumen and understanding of retail KPIs
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese (working languages)
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management best practices
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of management-level experience in luxury retail operations, with demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving sales objectives within a high-end fashion environment.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualification in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, with easy access to Hong Kong.
