Kenzo Store Manager position at Bruton Street, London. Lead luxury retail operations and drive sales performance for the iconic fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Kenzo's heritage and contemporary vision among customers and staff
- Implement and maintain all visual merchandising guidelines to elevate the store environment and customer experience
- Drive sales performance through team leadership and motivation, establishing and monitoring KPI targets
- Manage inventory levels and minimize stock loss through weekly rotative inventories and bi-annual stock takes
- Enhance client relationship strategies through utilization of client books and after-sales care programs to foster loyalty
- Conduct bi-annual performance appraisals and monthly catch-ups with team members, ensuring clear objectives and career development
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members in alignment with HR protocols and brand standards
- Monitor market trends in UK retail and luxury goods sectors, analyzing competitor activity and proposing commercial action plans
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, UK retail legislation, health and safety requirements, and security protocols
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, Paris headquarters, and UK HR and finance departments
- Submit weekly performance reports to relevant stakeholders and participate in regular managers' meetings to share best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail management
- Minimum three years' experience managing and leading a team
- Degree-level education or above
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
- Sound knowledge of UK retail law, security protocols, and health and safety legislation
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Strong commercial acumen and sales-floor focus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to establish and manage relationships at all organizational levels

Experience
Minimum five years in luxury retail management, with at least three years in a team leadership or supervisory capacity. Demonstrated success in driving sales performance, managing multi-channel customer relationships, and implementing brand standards within a high-end retail environment.
Education
Degree level or above.
