Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and record stock items using computer systems
• Manage all shipments, transfers, and consignments with accuracy
• Pack and unpack merchandise according to company policy and storage protocols
• Verify inventory computations against physical stock counts and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts to support system integrity
• Monitor shrink rates and inventory accuracy within established company standards
• Organize and store items in an orderly, accessible manner throughout warehouses and storage areas
• Apply identification tags, numbers, and labelling to classify stock items systematically
• Execute deep cleaning and maintenance of storage facilities monthly; ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damage to supervisors
• Provide direction and assistance to stockroom and warehouse personnel
• Process disposal or vendor returns of damaged or defective merchandise
• Coordinate with courier services for incoming stock collection and outbound delivery
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of inventories, shipments, price lists, shortages, and expenditures
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions to assess and maintain supply levels
• Ensure post-sale service accuracy and integrity throughout the supply chain
• Communicate with production teams regarding defective and damaged item management
• Process repair requests through system protocols and coordinate with local suppliers for optimal service delivery
• Recommend disposal of excess, obsolete, or defective inventory
• Maintain visual merchandising stockroom and communicate VM arrivals; report on unused props and mannequins

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of stockroom, warehouse, or inventory management experience
• Proficiency with computer systems for inventory tracking and data recording
• Demonstrated mathematical skills and foundational accounting knowledge
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail
