LVMH seeks Social Data for Insight Manager in Paris to lead global social listening programmes and AI-driven consumer insights across luxury Maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day global social listening programme across Group functions, divisions and Maisons, supporting transition to new AI-powered tools
  • Act as primary contact for internal teams and Maisons, providing onboarding, training, and custom studies in collaboration with the Group's social listening agency of record
  • Set quality standards for queries and reporting, challenge agency outputs, methodologies and innovation
  • Produce recurring reports such as Fashion Show analyses and ad hoc analyses that translate social data into clear findings for Group and Maisons stakeholders
  • Optimize the value of existing tools, data sources and functionalities by leveraging AI capabilities
  • Monitor the market and identify social insight solutions suited to different business needs, liaising with LVMH Holding teams including Open Innovation
  • Lead pilots and proof-of-concept projects to evaluate solution relevance and scalability
  • Establish the Group's social-data-driven trend-identification capability by defining framework, methodology, solutions and operating model
  • Track shifts in consumer conversations to identify weak signals, emerging behaviors, new narratives and changing expectations, translating them into opportunities and risks
  • Lead development of continuous social-data indicators to strengthen brand equity measurement
  • Explore how data from digital platforms can support consumer, brand and cultural insights
  • Develop and test new use cases connecting social data with broader insights and measurement needs
  • Leverage artificial intelligence to accelerate integration and use of social data, including AI agents, MCP-enabled solutions and automated insight generation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social listening or social intelligence on agency or client side
  • Proven experience producing social insight reports including trend research, consumer understanding, brand analysis and category analysis
  • Proven experience building and refining queries and analytical frameworks, and analyzing large volumes of unstructured social and digital data
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one leading social listening platform such as Meltwater, Talkwalker or Brandwatch
  • Strong understanding of social and digital platforms, online communities and creators
  • Excellent project management skills including multi-country, multi-phased projects

Experience

Experience combining social listening data with brand, communication, media or performance objectives is a strong advantage.
