Nona Source, LVMH's circular economy platform for luxury fabric surplus, seeks a Showroom Assistant Intern to support daily showroom operations and sample management in Paris's 10th arrondissement. The role, spanning six months from March 2027, involves coordinating showroom activities, preparing and organizing fabric samples, assisting with customer interactions, and supporting commercial events—ideal for a fashion or luxury commerce graduate seeking hands-on exposure to the sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness during sales activities, including sample order preparation and collection arrangement after client meetings
- Support commercial sales team with organizational logistics, planning coordination, IT systems, and sales tool management
- Track new collection deliveries and coordinate fabric sample cutting according to online publication schedules
- Organize and manage back-office operations, including sample storage and inventory arrangement
- Provide real-time support during sales interactions, track client meetings, manage unscheduled appointments and expedited sample requests
- Ensure daily showroom organization, arrangement, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with preparation of commercial events such as trade shows and private sales
- Provide additional support to warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in fashion, sales, or commerce from a recognized institution
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Strong analytical aptitude and numerical facility
