Nona Source Internship: Showroom Assistant role in Paris, March 2027, supporting luxury fabric platform operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness during sales activities, including sample order preparation and collection arrangement after client meetings
- Support commercial sales team with organizational logistics, planning coordination, IT systems, and sales tool management
- Track new collection deliveries and coordinate fabric sample cutting according to online publication schedules
- Organize and manage back-office operations, including sample storage and inventory arrangement
- Provide real-time support during sales interactions, track client meetings, manage unscheduled appointments and expedited sample requests
- Ensure daily showroom organization, arrangement, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with preparation of commercial events such as trade shows and private sales
- Provide additional support to warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in fashion, sales, or commerce from a recognized institution
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Strong analytical aptitude and numerical facility
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Background in fashion, textiles, leather, or luxury retail preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in fashion, sales, commerce, or a related field of study.
