Nona Source is an LVMH initiative dedicated to circularity in luxury textiles, redistributing surplus fabrics from the group's Maisons to designers and creators via an e‑commerce platform. As part of the LVMH ecosystem, Nona Source operates with the group's emphasis on craftsmanship, quality and brand stewardship while pioneering sustainable practices within the luxury value chain.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage samples for client appointments and for e‑commerce orders (web + pick‑up + special requests).
• Support the cutting (découpe) process, prioritizing tasks with time‑sensitive production deadlines.
• Track and manage missing samples and sample strips (tirelles) using Airtable, maintaining accurate records with the Sampling lead.
• Restore and organise textile and leather sample displays in the showroom after each client appointment.
• Manage sold‑out product workflows through resecuring and reservations in both back office and showroom environments.
• Maintain daily order and presentation of the showroom prior to site closing.
• Coordinate courier and dispatch activity in collaboration with Backoffice and Cutting teams.
• Participate in biannual inventory counts alongside the product manager.
• Respond to urgent showroom requests throughout the day via Microsoft Teams and liaise with the Operations team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed Bac+2 to Bac+5 studies (associate to master level) in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Rigorous, organised and able to maintain meticulous sample and stock records.
• Analytical aptitude and comfort working with numeric data related to sampling and inventory.
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and humility in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure; responsive to shifting priorities.
• Genuine interest in fashion, textiles and leather goods.

Skills

Experience

Beginner level — suitable for students or recent graduates with limited professional experience; prior exposure to fashion sampling, showroom operations or retail back‑office processes is an advantage.

Education

Bac+2 to Bac+5 (2–5 years post‑secondary) in fashion, retail, commerce or a related field.
