LVMH / Nona Source — Showroom Assistant Intern in Paris (6‑month internship, starts Sept 2025).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and stage samples for client appointments and for e‑commerce orders (web + pick‑up + special requests).
  • Support the cutting (découpe) process, prioritizing tasks with time‑sensitive production deadlines.
  • Track and manage missing samples and sample strips (tirelles) using Airtable, maintaining accurate records with the Sampling lead.
  • Restore and organise textile and leather sample displays in the showroom after each client appointment.
  • Manage sold‑out product workflows through resecuring and reservations in both back office and showroom environments.
  • Maintain daily order and presentation of the showroom prior to site closing.
  • Coordinate courier and dispatch activity in collaboration with Backoffice and Cutting teams.
  • Participate in biannual inventory counts alongside the product manager.
  • Respond to urgent showroom requests throughout the day via Microsoft Teams and liaise with the Operations team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed Bac+2 to Bac+5 studies (associate to master level) in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Rigorous, organised and able to maintain meticulous sample and stock records.
  • Analytical aptitude and comfort working with numeric data related to sampling and inventory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and humility in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure; responsive to shifting priorities.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, textiles and leather goods.

Experience
