LVMH — Showroom Assistant (Intern) in Paris (6‑month on‑site internship starting Sept 2025) at Nona Source.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage fabric and leather samples for showroom appointments, web orders, pick‑ups and special requests.
- Support cutting operations when strict deadlines are set for new stock and coordinate with the cutting team.
- Maintain and update sample tracking and missing sample records in Airtable in collaboration with the Sampling lead.
- Reset and return sample swatches and sample chains (textile and leather) to their correct positions after each client appointment.
- Manage sold‑out items and reservations in both the showroom and back office, ensuring accurate stock presentation.
- Maintain daily order and presentation of the showroom; assist with ad‑hoc urgent requests via Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinate courier logistics with the Backoffice and Cutting managers and support biannual inventory counts with the product lead.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bac+2 to Bac+5 program in fashion, sales, commerce, merchandising or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English (spoken); professional proficiency required.
- Strong organisational rigour, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good numerical affinity and analytical capability for tracking samples and reservations.
- Interest in textiles, fabrics and leather and familiarity with showroom protocols; a collaborative and unpretentious team spirit.

Entry‑level — suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior internship or part‑time experience in a showroom, sampling department, retail operations or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Studying towards or holding a degree equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5 in fashion, business, sales, merchandising or a related field.
