LVMH Beauty Argentina recruits Senior Treasury and Financial Planning Analyst in Buenos Aires on a permanent, hybrid basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and monitoring of short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow projections
- Analyze variances, identify risks and opportunities, and propose actions to optimize cash generation and working capital
- Develop financial analyses and evaluate multiple scenarios to support company decision-making
- Collaborate with Accounting, Management Control, and Directors to assess the financial impact of commercial and operational decisions
- Prepare and present financial reports at local, regional, and global levels
- Serve as the primary reference point for treasury matters, liquidity management, banking relationships, and compliance with local financial regulations
- Design and maintain financial models, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Excel, Power BI, and automation tools
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, digitalization, and innovation across the Finance function
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI is desirable
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Advanced English language skills (spoken and written)
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Treasury, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), or related finance roles. Prior experience with multinational companies is valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
