LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst in Shanghai to manage BTQ operations, cash flow analysis, and treasury reporting with ERP and Power BI expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support BTQ operation by preparing and managing application materials for POS codes, 4G/POS/QF configurations, and smart card deployments
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of branch bank accounts, including opening and closing procedures and preparation of statutory documentation
- Ensure bank account status in AX and Sapphire systems align with business requirements and are deployed with proper functions
- Perform regular reconciliation of BTQ commission fees in collaboration with Retail Finance teams
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate bank list on a timely basis for monthly closing
- Verify and reconcile cash-in-transit balances to ensure precise month-end financial reporting
- Prepare BTQ transaction details and confirm remote sales status at closing dates
- Prepare DPO calculations at closing and monitor trends
- Prepare credit card analysis and assess reasonability of findings
- Deliver ad-hoc analytical support for budgeting, rolling forecasting, and flash cash reporting
- Leverage cash forecast and analysis tools including Power Query, Power BI, and Power Automation
- Develop AI-enhanced tools to streamline treasury processes and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Experience with Power Query and Power BI tools
- Solid analytical skills with experience in financial data from a treasury perspective
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
- Strong command of English as a working language

Experience in treasury operations, financial analysis, or banking operations with demonstrated expertise in cash management and ERP system navigation.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
